Refund and Returns Policy


Should you need to return an item to us for whatever reason we are able to offer you a refund up to 28 days from receipt of goods.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received and in any original packaging. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item from us we can offer an exchange or refund.

If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the store or website directly from where the product was purchased. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or offer refunds for items that were not purchased through our website.


We will gladly exchange an item for you as we appreciate sometimes errors can be made when ordering a watch strap. If you require an exchange contact us via email at and send your item, together with a copy of your receipt.


Upon receipt of the item, and inspection, we will email you to confirm that we have received the product and whether your refund has been approved. Upon confirmation of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
